Official Rules – Foley Family Wines & Spirits $1 Magnum Random Drawing

1. Sponsor
This Promotion is sponsored by Foley Family Wines & Spirits, located at 200 Concourse Blvd. , Santa Rosa, CA 95403
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and reside in states where the Promotion is permitted by law and where Sponsor is authorized to ship wine. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM PST on 8/4/2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on 8/31/2026.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, receive one (1) entry for each participating winery subscription selected through the Foley Family Wines & Spirits subscription page.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without subscribing, mail your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 8/30/2026 and received by 9/6/2026. Limit 1 total entries per person regardless of method of entry.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the opportunity to purchase one (1) designated magnum bottle of wine from Sponsor for $1.00, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any.
Approximate Retail Value: $340.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will occur on or about 9/10/2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) days, is found ineligible, or fails to complete any required documentation, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.
9. Release
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and release Foley Family Wines & Spirits and its affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, and agents from liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
10. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy.
