Official Rules – Win a Wine Club

1. Sponsor
This Promotion is sponsored by Foley Family Wines & Spirits, located at 200 Concourse Blvd. , Santa Rosa, CA 95403
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older in states where Foley Family Wines may legally ship wine. Void where prohibited. Limit one entry per email address. No purchase necessary to enter or win.
3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a one-year, four-bottle quarterly Foley Family wine club membership of their choice from eligible participating clubs. Includes four (4) releases / sixteen (16) bottles total. Winner pays $1 per release ($4 total). Includes unlimited complimentary tastings for the winner + up to three guests at participating partner properties throughout the year.
4. Winner Selection
Winner will be selected at random on or about 12/15/2026 from all eligible entries and contacted by email and/or text. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) days, is found ineligible, or fails to complete any required documentation, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.
8. Release
By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and release Foley Family Wines & Spirits and its affiliated companies, officers, directors, employees, and agents from liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
9. Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy.
